The PSDR Wave Hanger can accommodate cabinet doors with hinge holes up to 36" apart. They are custom-fit to the size of the ProDryingRack SD (PSDR) Series poles for minimum swing, allowing you to hang cabinet doors and parts closer together. The PSDR's 18 feet of drying line is enough space for drying up to 50 cabinet doors.

The PSDR Series with EFC Hinge Hooks provides perfect and completely unmarred surface results. EFC's are placed in the cup holes and then fit over one of PaintLine's hangers for "all-sides" spraying and drying. Cup-hooks can also be screwed into the tops and bottoms of cabinet doors to be hung and sprayed.

After painting on the spinner assembly, the door on the hanger is simply transferred over to the drying line where it will hang until ready for door hardware and installation.

The 2nd Tier Connectors allow better use of your vertical drying space of the PSDR Series for small parts. Why should drawer fronts for small cabinets consume as much drying space as a 36” cabinet? Well they shouldn’t, and with this add-on they don't! The 2nd Tier Connectors let you turn one level of drying space into two. An absolute must if you’re opting for the EFC Hinge Hooks and Wave Hangers.

The 2nd Tier Connectors consist of 4 double-pronged couplers: one pair slides over the 66” vertical drying poles and is secured by a thumb screw to the desired height or spacing; the second pair goes on the top of the drying pole to keep proper spacing of the horizontal poles.

As with all of the PSDR Series, there are no tools required for assembly and this can go inline with an existing drying run.  

All 4 parts are bright blue to show that they work together and eliminate confusion.

The Height Extenders allow you to add 12" of height to the PSDR Series rack, extending it from 69" to 81". This makes it more versatile for hanging larger parts such as shutters or tall cabinet doors.

The Extenders not only add another foot of height, but also include two pegs for connecting an additional horizontal bar, creating a second level and additional 6’ of drying line, perfect for small parts or narrow cabinet doors.

The Extenders can be used to step up a single section in a drying run or used for increasing the height in the spray stand section.

All new PSDR Spinner+! Users can now choose to rotate the spinner by the metal edge, or insert wooden dowels for arms-length control. Redesigned to more securely balance the hanger and help prevent tilting.

All new Hinge Hooks (Set of 100) utilize a proprietary design that uses a single, high carbon steel wire to reduce shadowing from the spray pattern on the cabinet door. Manufactured by one of the largest fish hook factories in the world, the razor sharp point of the hook provides added security when holding the cabinet door for spraying and moving to the drying area. PaintLine Hinge Hooks are a significant improvement over standard EFC hooks.

Users can choose either the Standard Hangers, which can accommodate hinge holes up to 15” apart, or the Wave Hangers, which can accommodate cabinet doors with hinge holes up to 36” apart. Both styles of hangers are custom-fit to minimize swing and to allow for tight spacing.
