It’s not - only the liners are meant to be disposable. The booth frame is made from durable aluminum and is built to provide years of service! Additional liners are sold separately if needed.
We recommend construction paper, like XBoard or similar be applied to the floor for absorbing overspray and providing a stable non-slip work surface. The plastic underneath this paper provides extra protection.
Do I need to use a respirator?
Please use Non-Flammable, Non-Combustible paints and solvents only.
Only under the calmest conditions. This spray booth is designed for indoor use. The PJSB is designed to fit inside of most living rooms and standard one-car garages.
6’8” is the height, width and depth of the booth. It is a cube-shape so all the sides are equal.
No, the height of the booth is 6’8” so interior doors will likely not fit in the booth.
Is the exhaust sufficient to collect the overspray without it escaping through the open face?
Yes it is. But not enough to eliminate the need for a respirator. Note that you should always spray as far back in the booth as possible standing updraft from the exhaust. If you require additional exhaust ventilation, you can use a stronger exhaust blower or add additional vent attachments with additional blowers.

I definitely recommend getting the exhaust flex pipe attachment as well. Very good quality.
This part is built well and holds the filters. It comes with four magnets to hold it together on each side of the booth. Glue the magnets on or you will lose one like I did.
Will be using this spray booth for my home woodworking shop (finishing done in garage).
I have not used it yet, but appears to be solid and easy to set-up and take down.
I have some different requirements for a spray booth and already had fabricated one from my excess extruded aluminum profiles. The one thing that i couldn't get quite the way I liked was the exhaust vent attachment. I purchased and received this item and it is:
1. Very solid
2. Well considered design
3. Easy to use
The seal to the plastic via gaskets/magnets is a nice design.
Very pleased to hear that this is working on your booth Kevin. Thanks for the feedback.
